Oftentimes, parents find themselves with no place to live because of their pregnancy. Homelessness does not discriminate against age, gender, race, religion, or socio-economic status. No one expects to become homeless, but everyone deserves a supportive pathway back to stable housing. However, our clients face homelessness daily. Chester County Connect Care still works to find the best resources to benefit our participants without turning them away.

We have worked so hard to develop a Host Family Program that would assist clients inside a Christ-like functioning home to help them develop a firmer foundation for their future. Our program uses the bible for evidence-based materials. Through our Host Family Program, our goal is that women in Chester County who are facing homelessness due to their pregnancy would find a safe and stable place to live as they welcome their babies into the world.

We are always looking for families that are willing to host. We are seeking families who are prompted by compassion, and who can provide a safe and nurturing environment for these families. Please note this is a 3-18 month commitment. We are prepared to train, encourage and work together alongside these potential host families, and by God’s grace, to assist each participant to meet their life goals and move toward stability and a healthier lifestyle.

We ask that you prayerfully consider if this may be a good fit for you. For more information or to sign up as a host family, please complete the form below and our Family Advocate & Resource Coordinator will contact you shortly!
